I’m incredibly proud of my tallow products featuring small batch tallow, rendered by yours truly, using leaf fat sourced from grass-fed & finished beef raised locally in Western North Carolina at Dillingham Family Farm. They are a 9th-generation family farm raising grass fed & finished beef (and more!)
