Handcrafted in small batches from carefully sourced ingredients, I take sustainably grown herbs that are either ethically wildcrafted or grown organically by small-scale, family-owned farms and infuse them in certified organic extra virgin olive oil, using a small amount of alcohol (vodka or grain alcohol) to boost the extraction process. Extremely simple and oh so effective!
